Things I've Learned

A few things I've learned at this World Con

  1. Talking with friends until the wee hours of the morning is a joy.

  2. If you put your purse on the chair in front of you and think to yourself that it's possible that you might forget it - you will. I did. Stupid. Thank goodness for goodness of fandom - it had been safely turned in to Lost & Found. Lady laughed when she opened up the purse and I named off the kids from 10 feet away. Alani & Kyle's picture is the first thing you see.

  3. It is best to check that what you think is lotion, is lotion before you use it. Thank goodness I checked first.

  4. Don't even think on sleeping. I think I knew this before, but it was definitely reinforced.
