Day 4 - Tuesday, May 11th | LONDON - CARDIFF |
We meet our Tour Director this morning and head west to the mysterious megaliths of Stonehenge. In nearby Salisbury, we see the highest spire in the land adorning the Cathedral. Then on to Bath to see the Georgian terraces and famous Pulterney Bridge. We cross the Severn Bridge to enter Wales and continue to our hote in the Welsh capital of Cardiff. | |

Day 5 - Wednesday, May 12th | CARDIFF - TRAMORE |
Our orientation tour of Cardiff shows us the Civic Buildings and newly built Millennium Stadium. Then through the rural scenery of South Wales to Pembroke. From here we sail to Rosslare in Ireland and continue to our hotel in County Waterford. | |

Day 6 - Thursday, May 13th | TRAMORE - TRALEE |
We see Reginald's Tower and the city walls before visiting the Waterford Crystal Showroom. Then we drive along the 'Sunshine Coast' with its fishing ports of Dungarvan and Youghal, setting for the film of 'Moby Dick'. At Blarney we can shop for woollens and handicrafts or maybe receive the 'gift of the gab' by kissing the Blarney Stone? We cross the Derrynasaggart Mountains to overnight in Tralee. | |

Day 7 - Friday, May 14th | RING OF KERRY EXCURSION |
Today we experience some of the best scenery in Ireland as we make our way to the Ring of Kerry for our highlight tour. We discover a world of superb seascapes, towering cliffs and charming villages. Each bend reveals more spectacular scenery and leads us onwards to the three lakes of Killarney. Why not take a ride on a jaunting car before we return to Tralee? | |

Day 8 - Saturday, May 15th | TRALEE - DUBLIN |
Through the lush scenery of the 'Golden Vale' today by way of the picturesque village of Adare. We visit fabled Limerick to see King John's Castle, St. Mary's Cathedral and the Treaty Stone. We then travel via Tipperary and see St. Patrick's great Rock of Cashel, towering 300 feet over the surrounding countryside. Then we pass the Curragh Race Course, home of the Irish Derby, on our way to the capital, Dublin. | |

Day 9 - Sunday, May 16th | DUBLIN SIGHTSEEING |
This morning our sightseeing tour with a local guide shows us the elegant Georgian Squares and the impressive Dublin Castle. Laster we see the home of the Irish President in Phoenix Park, the Customs House, statue-lined O'Connell Street and Trinity College. Time at leisure this afternoon to shop or perhaps enjoy the hospitality of a typical Irish Pub? | |

Day 10 - Monday, May 17th | DUBLIN - LIVERPOOL |
By ferry back to Wales today, then we drive through the famous village of Llanfair...gogogoph - it's Britain's longest (and least pronounceable) name! Next stop is the Roman city of Chester. We visit the unique black and white Rows, dating from the 13th century and now are shopping arcades where you can take a stroll. We also see the cathedral and the encircling city walls. Day 11 - Tuesday, May 18th | LIVERPOOL - GLASGOW |
We drive today through the Lake District, with scenery so beautiful it has inspired a host of writers, from poet Wordsworth to the children's author Beatrix Potter. We stop in the village of Grasmere where we can visit Wordsworth's grave. Then across the border into 'bonnie' Scotland, land of tartan and bagpipes, through the lowlands of Glasgow. | |

Today we head to St. Andrews, the home of golf, before continuing to Edinburgh. Here our local guide show us the Castle, dominating the city from its rocky crag. We drive the Royal Mile past St. Giles' Cathedral with its crown-shaped spire. Then we follow Prince's Street to see the monument to Sir Walter Scott and see the 18th century New Town. Day 14 - Friday, May 21st | EDINBURGH - LEEDS |
We journey through the rolling Border country past the ruins of Jedburgh Abbey and the house of Mary, Queen of Scots. Then we cross back into England via the Cheviot Hills and the wile expanses of the Northumberland Moors to the ancient city of York. We pass the narrow, winding lanes of the Shambles and see the Minster, England's larges medieval cathedral. After free time to explore, we continue to our Leeds hotel. | |
