WorldCon 2012 - Day 4

Grabbed a muffin and then Kev & I went to Carol Berg's 9:30am reading. She read from a work in progress set in the same universe as Flesh & Bone. A forensic painter who works with a coronor. It was really cool, but I'm going to have a long wait. The story is not due to the publisher until next June *sigh*

I spent the next hour or so in the Dealer's Room. Did not make it to the Art Show again.
Met up with Joey around 11:45 and then we met up with msagara. Yay, Michelle! Went down to the fan area and met up with a lady name Claire for a chat. Then Michelle, Claire and I went to the Corner Bakery for lunch and more chatting! Made it back in time for Michelle's 3pm autograph session. Can't wait for Cast in Peril to come out!

I think I finally made it through the Dealers Room. Bought the kidlets their t-shirts. Alani's is a cat with wings and Kyle's was the Keep Calm, Keep Running (zombies)

Dinner - we went to Reza's Restaurant on West Ontario (I think). They had a buffet which was tasty. Lots of kabobs - chicken, beef, and lamb. The spicy chicken birayni was good. Good thing we walked back to the hotel - ate a bit too much. Unfortunately, Tammy stepped in a pot hole and sprained her ankle. Ice and elevation seemed to take care of it. She wasn't limping the next morning, so that was fortunate.

Didn't make it to filking at all that night. Packed.
