From your vantage point in front of the computer, you spy, with your little eye...
1. Something that is red: The frame which holds a smiling picture of Kyle when he was about 3 years old. =)
2. Something that is shiny: The top of the can of diet pepsi.
3: Something that is ugly: My current pile of filing. Pile? Mountain.
4. Something that is made of wood: My loft bed. Life saving back scratcher. Brand new, still in the wrapper - some pretty, some plain - sets of hashi (chopsticks)
5. Something that is sharp: Favorite pair of scissors - a gift from Lynn for Xmas.
I want a hot tub with a cold plunge in my next home!
Thursday night, Foxy & I had a busy evening. Started with him training up to Redwood City and shopping at Whole Foods until I got off work. Picked him up, dropped off perishables at his place and then went to In'n'Out Burgers for dinner. Costco next. Back to his place to drop of more perishables, and then went to Watercourse Way for a well deserved soak.
People before us must have loved filling the room with steam like we do. Walked into the room and it was still humid and warm. Tub was hot, cold plunge was icy. Yay!!!
Friday night, I really didn't feel like facing traffic or cooking, so I dragged Foxy out to dinner again. After walking up and down Castro, trying to figure out what our tummies were craving, we settled on Kapp's. No pizza though. I am currently hooked on their antipasto salad (ice berg lettuce (oh well), bits of mozzarella, onions, tomatoes, olives, kidney & garbanzo beans, salami, pepperoni, ham and hot peppers) served with Italian dressing. Had some of the hot salami & cheese sandwich, it was tasty, but a lot of salami, so a little bit just enough.
Back to Foxy's - ended up playing a game called Carcassonne. I love puzzle/strategy games, so I had a blast. Woe, to others, I get very competitive with type of game. We (Foxy, Kel - Clint's friend and I) had to play 3 games so I could at least win one =). There are different types - I think I need to go make a trip to amazon soon.
Went to the gym today. Go Me! Considering I didn't get home until 1am and didn't go to bed until closer to 3, it was a double Go Me! Curves closes at 12:30 on Saturdays.
Babysitting the kids tonight. I wonder how many dinosaurs they have earned this week. Current deal is that for every 5 dinosaurs they earn, they get a new toy. Cheap toy. A new MLP or a star wars figurine.
Tomorrow, a fun day is in the works with trektone. Something along the lines of
- Wine Tasting
- Movie: Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith
