Today, I hurried home from work, well, at least as much as you can hurry in commute traffic so that I could go to the A's game. Left the office at 5:30, but didn't make it the coliseum until almost 7pm. Main lot was full, but I was able to get into one of the overflow lots just down the street on Coliseum Way. Over 47K people were there to watch the A's get totally massacred by the Angels. UGH. It was PAINFUL to watch.

I love fireworks. I really debated with myself whether I was going to stay to the bitter end for the fan appreciation fireworks show right after the game. I stayed. Fireworks were awesome - just gorgeous. Lots more purple sparklies =)

Game two tomorrow. It's do or die. Go A's !!!
