There is a monster in my kitchen

His name? Damn Dish Washer.

I have lived my entire life without having one. This apt comes with one and it needs to be run at least once a month, otherwise dire things happen to the plumbing.

So, I have some dishes from dinner and I put them in there and add soap.

No big deal, right?

WRONG! I come back into my kitchen and there is soap all over the floor!!!!

I quickly grab a bunch of towels and throw in to soak up the mess and turn off the damn machine.

Mop, wipe, mop, wipe, mop.

Carefully open up machine. Soap bubbles. Full. Did I put too much soap in???

Screw this. I'll run it empty if I have to.

Not mad. I used liquid dishwasher soap. Probably put too much in. I filled the little cup thingy (but I think I need to cut it down as it is liquid and not powder)

Floor is clean.

Should I wait until all the soap foam dries out before trying to run machine or do I need to clean out soap first????

*sigh*

Hmmm... It's ultra.

I think I'll wait until all the foam goes away.

Mop, mop, mop, mop, mop, mop, mop...

Okay, nevermind...when I went to post, it said there were no posts. Sorry, didn't mean to post the same question as Rainy!
